I thought of surfing around the Animax Japan site for a while. Here a few things they have there that I can recognize, that I can hope will be coming our way eventually without me having to buy pirates.
Infinite Ryvius
Eureka 7
One Piece movies
Eyeshield 21
Ashita no Nadja
Blood+
Meineliebe Wieder
They have Ganku back there right now, as well as: Inuyasha, Evangelion, Otogi Zoshi, Witch Hunter Robin, Hunter x Hunter (and the OAVs), Bakabon, Kerero, original and ZZ Gundam, GITS SAC 2nd Gig, Samurai Champloo, Slam Dunk, Super GALS, Prince of Tennis, Georgie(!), the Conan movies
Initial D 4th Stage is on the PayPerView version of Animax Japan, SkyPerfect TV. This also happened to Samurai 7 and Gankutsuou, if I understand correctly.
Animax South Asia already has Samurai X (yes, you heard me right) and Inuyasha. SEA and Pinas, Kenshin's coming back, yippee! ^^v In exchange for this, South Asia is only now getting Saiyuki Reload and Gunlock, and GITS SAC 2nd Gig.
Alice Academy is making debuts in SEA, RP, HK. Hong Kong is with RP in getting Initial D 4th Stage. (I guess they're scared of the pirates in our countries, hehe...). Kino's Journey is also making the general rounds.
See ya around everybody, and wait expectantly for FMA and Steamboy! ^^v

Why?
The real reason why Animax aired only the taglish version of Initial D Fourth Stage and not dubbing and airing it in english in SEA countries cause according to an ex-employee of Animax Singapore,Tokopop/Viz owns the exclusive english dub of Initial D series including Fourth Stage and Animax can't dub or air it in english right now.So expect the upcoming Initial D animes here would be in taglish if(anyway Animax will air more taglish animes in the near future according to a pro dubber here in the Philippines).
